    Wonder what's the purpose of those single dots at the reverse of the banknotes?
    They can't be Braille markings for the blind too as each denomination contains one dot only.
    Hmmm still prefer the old designs.

    Thanks for dropping by.

    I contacted MAS few years ago and raised the question too, but I can't remember what was the reply. Whatever the answer given, it was not very clear. It is definitely not for the virtually impaired, but we believe maybe something to do with control. Perhaps MAS should changed this to say, year date instead. If not, they maybe running out of symbols to use.
